Belfast City Auctions

Julian Dyer

Belfast City Auctions underwent a complete rebranding, and required a new web presence for their latest auction center.

I initially started with paper prototypes of the design, before moving on to simple digital wireframes. The team responded well to these prototypes, which gave us a clear direction on how to achieve the business objectives outlined by the client.

We have had fantastic feedback from the client, who have seen a substantial increase in the number of enquiries, and the amount of people turning up to their auctions. The project has been a great success, and we will be looking to expand the web presence of Belfast City Auctions in the future.

In general the design looks ok, but I would play more with spacing and the fonts size. Especially the part on the right looks overwhelmed. Try to add horizontal spacing and make the buttons not so wide. I would also try to make the font size in the footer 1-2pt smaller.

These are just my 5 cents
